Hindi is the soul of Indian culture. It is the simplest source of expression of our nation.
Every year our college conducts 'Hindi Pakhwada'. This event is conducted by RAJBHASHA- HINDI PRAKOSHTH of NITJ. This year the opening ceremony was on September 6, 2018, by honorable Director Sir and Rajbhasa Hindi Prakoshth head Dr. N.C. Kautiyal sir which was followed by a series of events and exciting competitions. Students were actively participating in each and every event like Filmi Sangram and Pragyan on September 15 and Jaasosi Nigahen and most loved Yuva Sansad(Final Round) on September 16. Not only these, this time there were competitions for staff as well which included Vaad - Vivaad, Hindi Tankan and many more which were unique this year.
The event is conducted every year to inculcate a positive attitude in the youth towards the language so that they can learn more about it and expand their level of knowledge and creativity. Now it was the time to honor the best and conclude the event on a good note, so for that CSH was decorated to the fullest by the committee members which was blessed to witness the presence of Mr. B.Purusharth Divisional Commissioner Jalandhar region, as the chief guest of the event. It started with lighting the lamp and praying to Lord Saraswati.
Students as well as teachers felt very energetic after hearing worth listening speech by chief guest , director sir and Kautiyal sir which mentioned that 'Hindi is not a liability rather it's a language of emotions that is understandable by everyone'.
So the main highlight of the event was Museum - a play by YUVA THEATRE Jalandhar which left audience overwhelmed with their acting skills and everyone gave them a standing ovation for depicting Women Empowerment so nicely..
The event was a great success and the efforts of society members who worked hard with dedication and showed diligent efforts were truly remarkable.
