Owing to the paramount importance that group discussions and communication skills possess in today's world, and adhering to the need that these skills must be inculcated in the students Ladc decided to conduct a workshop on GROUP DISCUSSION so as to familiarise the students with the various DOs and DONTs of a group discussion which are extremely vital during placements or various real-life scenarios.
A mock group discussion was also organised by the final year students to demonstrate how a discussion proceeds. They also provided vital information about personal interviews on the basis of their experiences.
